Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped out the next business day. (Excluding Pre-Orders)

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Orders will only be shipped out when inventory as been fulfilled from distributors.  Once the model has been received by Midnight City Diecast L.C, the inventory will be inspected and shipped at as soon as possible.  Pre-Order timeline is STRICTLY at the fulfillment of our distributors and can not be guaranteed when orders are created. 

Continental U.S Domestic Shipping:

We provide FREE economy shipping to all customers within the continental U.S. 
We strive to ship out orders within 1-3 Business Days but incidences do occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to provide information on claims for damages. We reserve the right for refund and/or replacement (If in stock) on a case-by-case basis.
